Terms and Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Pine & Steel Coffee Company (“Pine & Steel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not place an order or use our website or services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Pine & Steel Coffee Company operates on a limited-batch production model to ensure quality, freshness, and consistency.

• Once an advertised or announced order cap is reached, additional orders will automatically roll into the next available production batch.
   
• Orders placed after a batch cap are not canceled, delayed intentionally, or refunded due to batch limits.
   
• Estimated production and ship dates are not guaranteed and may shift due to supply chain constraints, roasting schedules, equipment maintenance, or force majeure events.
   

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this production model.

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations except under the limited circumstances outlined in Section 5.

Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:

• If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
   
• Photo evidence of damage is required.
   
• At our discretion, we may issue a replacement or refund.
   

• Orders placed in error may be eligible for cancellation only if requested within 12 hours of order placement.
   
• Once production, roasting, packaging, or shipping has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
   

• If an order has shipped, the product must be returned to us before any refund is issued.
   
• Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
   
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
   

• Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
   
• Pine & Steel Coffee Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, labor shortages, customs, or events beyond our control.
   
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.
   

Our products are food and beverage items intended for general consumption.

• We do not make medical, health, or performance guarantees.
   
• Statements regarding energy, alertness, or productivity are subjective and not guaranteed.
   
• You are responsible for determining whether our products are suitable for your dietary needs, caffeine sensitivity, or medical conditions.
   

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Pine & Steel Coffee Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost wages, personal injury, or emotional distress.
   
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.
   

By consuming our products, you acknowledge that:

• Coffee contains caffeine and other naturally occurring compounds.
   
• Individual reactions vary.
   
• You assume all risks associated with consumption.
   

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pine & Steel Coffee Company, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our products
   
• Violation of these Terms
   
• False claims, misuse, or resale of our products
   

All content, branding, logos, product names, packaging designs, photography, and written materials are the exclusive property of Pine & Steel Coffee Company.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
   
• Violations may result in legal action.
   

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, labor disputes, equipment failure, supplier shortages, government actions, or transportation disruptions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of North Carolina.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Pine & Steel Coffee Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pine & Steel Coffee Company and supersede any prior agreements or representations.
